We have already written many times about inexpensive tickets between Ulaanbaatar and Seoul/Busan, and right now we are seeing a price decrease on another route to Chongju. It’s just somewhere between Seoul and Busan.
The airline is flying Aero_K. Tickets can be purchased on her website with a foreign card. Or a little more expensive, but Russian.

Who can benefit from this? For those who live in and around Ulan-Ude or are ready to travel/fly to those parts, of course. For those who are bored of flying both ways through China: you can traditionally go there

You do not need a visa to Mongolia, nor to Korea, you only need to fill out a simple and inexpensive K-ETA form here. You will not be able to pay with a Russian card, sorry.
From Ulaanbaatar to Ulan-Ude, you can get by bus/train for 2-3 thousand (it is better to divide into segments: to Sukhbaatar for 1000, then by local buses/trains to Ulaanbaatar for 1500-2000 rubles)
In general, you can fly from Ulaanbaatar to as many as 5 Korean cities: Seoul, Busan, Muan, Chongju and Daegu by different airlines. Keep an eye on every sale that happens often.
