The airline Aero_K found tickets from Chongju to Ulaanbaatar for 5,700 rubles, from Ulaanbaatar to Chongju for 7,300.
Flight dates: from Mongolia in June-October, from South Korea only in September (there are a lot of tickets).
You can choose dates and buy tickets on the airline’s website, only a foreign card will be accepted there. Or through the serviceaviasales.ru . but a little more expensive.

Visas are not needed. And for Korea, you need to fill out a simple and inexpensive K-ETA questionnaire here and in a couple of minutes you will most likely receive confirmation. You will not be able to pay with a Russian card.
