Several Asian airlines have sales at once. All are small, but it’s nice to save a penny.
Cebu: from July 1 to July 4, tickets are sold from 88 Philippine pesos + fees for any dates in August-January. You can fly to the Philippines for 1200 rubles (probably there are a couple of destinations a little cheaper), international destinations this time are not particularly cheap (from 3200 rubles).
