Ready (or almost ready) visa-free travel from Yekaterinburg to May: Maldives, Malaysia, UAE and Thailand for about 45,900 rubles. For about the same money, you can keep up if you add Armenia or Kazakhstan at the end of the trip.

Whether to give them 10,500 rubles or not is up to you.
The alternatives are obvious: to trudge from Vladikavkaz by land to a more accommodating airport and fly from there or not fly at all from the UAE to Vladikavkaz. And fly to Armenia, and from there to the Ministry of Waters/Sochi or Kazakhstan, and from there by land or air.
Something like this — just not to give 10,500 rubles for a ticket.
