Azimuth* tickets for flights between Pskov and Kaliningrad for the winter schedule have not gone anywhere: you can fly in November-March from 1,730 rubles; tickets for each flight are few — according to two at most.
It is unlikely that in winter you and I will be waiting for cheap tickets from St. Petersburg to Kaliningrad, so you may have to fly through Pskov. Well, you’re already used to it.
