Tour operators are slowly launching booking and selling tours to the beautiful island of Ceylon in November and winter from beautiful Russian regions.
They will fly from Yekaterinburg, Samara, Kazan, Krasnoyarsk, Tyumen (!), Mineralnye Vody (!) and Sochi (!!) about once every 10 days.
Prices are still indecent and should decrease closer to the departure date.
