Or back to Turkey?
Oman, Iran, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and the United Arab Emirates in one trip from St. Petersburg for about 35,000 rubles (all transfers are included in the price). You only need a visa to visit Iran (they do not put stamps) — go to the consulate in Moscow with your feet or get it on arrival, before receiving the reference code (you can use the services of intermediaries to make everything go smoothly and quickly).
At the start of Nordwind’s flights to Iran, information sometimes surfaced that they did not put people on flights with ref.codes, requiring a visa, but everything seemed to work out later. You can call/write to the airline.
Step 1: Petersburg — Tehran (the airline’s website is probably cheaper, but it doesn’t open for me)
Step 2: ride or fly around Iran. It is cheaper to take tickets on the spot, but if you definitely need some special flight on exclusive hardware, then you can take here or here
Step 3: Mashhad<#8212; Muscat (or September 24th)
Step 4: Muscat — Abu Dhabi (difficult choice between Vizz and Etihad/dates almost any)
Step 5: Abu Dhabi — Samarkand (or 5 October)
Step 6: Samarkand — Tashkent (train is even cheaper)
Step 7: Tashkent — Shymkent by bus for 500 rubles (120 km between cities)
Step 8: Shymkent — Almaty/Astana — Aktobe
Tyc (with a short connection is cheaper)
Or individually
Shymkent — Almaty
Shymkent — Astana
Step 9: Aktobe — Orenburg (270 km.) by bus for about 1000 rubles
Step 10: Orenburg — Petersburg
Alternatively, you can fly from Abu Dhabi to Armenia or directly to Kazakhstan.
Total: 31400 for all movements + some money for buses/planes in Iran
